Client Agreement & Waiver

1. About This Agreement

This Client Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you (the "Client") and Gareth Rivett, trading as G Physique PT & Nutrition (the "Coach"). By signing up to any G Physique coaching package, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

2. Health Disclosure & Acknowledgement

You confirm and acknowledge that:

• You have consulted with your GP or qualified medical practitioner before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme provided by G Physique, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or are on any medication.
• You will fully and honestly disclose any relevant medical history, injuries, allergies, eating disorders, mental health conditions, or other physical or psychological conditions during onboarding and throughout your coaching cycle.
• You are physically and mentally fit to undertake the exercise programme prescribed.
• You understand that engaging in exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and other physical injuries.
• You will immediately stop any exercise or nutrition protocol and consult a medical professional if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulties, or other adverse symptoms.

3. Nature of the Coaching Service

G Physique provides online personal training and nutrition coaching via the MyPTHub coaching app, video calls, and direct messaging. The Coach does not provide:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Mental health treatment or therapy
• Prescription drug recommendations
• Treatment of eating disorders
• Physiotherapy or rehabilitation services

Information shared by the Coach is for educational and motivational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should always consult your GP before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement intake.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Coach is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the coaching programme, except to the extent caused by the Coach's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and nutrition changes.
• You release, waive, and discharge G Physique and Gareth Rivett from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Results Disclaimer

While the Coach uses evidence-based methods and provides guidance designed to deliver results, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Individual results vary based on genetics, adherence, lifestyle, starting point, sleep, stress, and many other factors outside of the Coach's control. Testimonials and transformation photos shown on the website represent individual results and are not a guarantee of results for any other client.

6. Client Commitment & Conduct

To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

• Submit weekly check-ins honestly and on time
• Follow the prescribed programme to the best of your ability
• Communicate openly about challenges, setbacks, or concerns
• Treat the Coach with respect and professionalism in all communications
• Not share, distribute, or resell any programmes, plans, or content provided

7. Confidentiality

The Coach treats all client information — including medical history, photos, weight data, and personal details — as strictly confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Use of Photographs & Testimonials

Progress photos and testimonials submitted by you remain your property. The Coach will not use any photos or testimonials for marketing purposes (including social media or the website) without your explicit written permission.

9. Termination

The Coach reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the coaching relationship at any time if:

• You behave abusively, threateningly, or inappropriately
• You fail to disclose material health information
• You breach the terms of this Agreement
• The Coach reasonably believes continued coaching is not in your best interests

In such cases, refunds will be considered at the Coach's discretion based on individual circumstances.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
