1. About G Physique

G Physique is an online personal training and nutrition coaching service operated by Gareth Rivett (the "Coach"), based in the United Kingdom. By using this website or purchasing any package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

G Physique offers two coaching packages:

Nutrition Only — £99/month: Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Includes personalised macros, meal frameworks, habit coaching, and biweekly check-ins.
Full Transformation — £129/month: 12-week minimum commitment, billed monthly. Includes everything in Nutrition Only plus custom training programme, weekly video calls, messaging support, and weekly plan adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Klarna may be available at checkout for instalment payments, subject to Klarna's own approval.

Recurring billing

By signing up to a monthly package, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect again. After two failed attempts, your access to the coaching app may be suspended pending resolution.

4. Cancellation Policy

Nutrition Only

You may cancel at any time. To cancel, email gareth@gphysique.co.uk at least 5 working days before your next billing date. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Full Transformation

This package has a 12-week minimum commitment. You may not cancel within the first 12 weeks except in cases of medical necessity (with documentation) or where the Gareth Guarantee applies (see Section 5). After the initial 12 weeks, you may cancel month-to-month with 5 working days' notice.

5. The Gareth Guarantee

If you complete every weekly check-in and hit your training and nutrition targets at 80% or higher (as recorded in the MyPTHub coaching app), but are not seeing measurable physical progress by week 6, the next month's payment will be refunded.

This guarantee is conditional on:

Honest and complete weekly check-ins
Verifiable adherence to the prescribed programme
Honest disclosure of all relevant lifestyle and health factors
Notification of dispute by the end of week 7

The Coach's decision regarding guarantee claims is final.

6. Refunds

Outside of the Gareth Guarantee, refunds are not provided once a billing cycle has begun. We offer a free enquiry chat before sign-up specifically to ensure the coaching is right for you before any payment is taken.

7. Referral Programme

For each successful referral (a friend signs up to any package and completes their first month), you receive 2 weeks of free coaching applied as credit to your next billing cycle. Referrals must be tracked through the official process. Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

8. Use of the Website

By using this website you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Not misuse, copy, distribute, or commercialise any content from the site without permission
Not attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, programmes, and educational materials — is the property of G Physique / Gareth Rivett and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any of this content without explicit written permission.

Programmes and plans provided to you as a client are for your personal use only. Sharing them with others is a breach of these terms.

10. Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive coaching-related communications via email, the MyPTHub app, and SMS (where applicable). You can opt out of marketing communications at any time but operational coaching communications are required for the service to function.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Physique and Gareth Rivett shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services. See the Client Agreement for full details on health and injury liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
